MANCHESTER, N.H. –RF and microwave specialist SemiGen Inc. in Manchester, N.H., is introducing the SZB900 series of zero bias Schottky detector diodes for video detectors and power monitors.

These Schottky detector diodes can eliminate the need for external DC biasing. They feature low junction capacitances, high voltage sensitivity, uniform video resistances, and high sensitivity, all without external bias circuitry.

With forward voltage drops of 0.3 volts and superior tangential signal sensitivity (TSS), these diodes are for use in waveguide, coaxial, and stripline RF and microwave applications through K-band.

With an operating temperature from -55 to 150 degrees Celsius and power dissipation of 100 milliwatts, these diodes come in chip, glass, ceramic, and beam lead packages.
