EAST BRUNSWICK, N.J. – Triad RF Systems in East Brunswick, N.J. is introducing the TTRM1200 wideband gallium nitride (GaN)RF and microwave bidirectional amplifier (BDA) that operates from 30 MHz to 2700 MHz and produces more than eight Watts of transmit power.
Measuring 3.25 by 2.42 by 0.54 inches, this feature-rich BDA produces eight Watts of RF power and consumes 24 Watts of DC power. It also produces more than two Watts of linear 16 QAM power with less than 9 percent EVM.
To operate on various existing platforms, the unit features a DC input range of 11 to 28 volts DC. Switching between transmit and receive takes less than 1 microsecond and can be performed manually.
Additionally, base plate temperature can be monitored via an analog temperature sensor. For more information contact Triad RF Systems online at www.triadrf.com.
