KISTA, Sweden – Inspectis AB in Kista, Sweden is introducing the F35 HD optical inspection system for demanding inspection tasks. Its HD 1080-pixel 60 frame-per-second lag-free video offers digital microscopy bright, sharp, and precise imagery.
The electro-optics inspection system can image objects ranging from increasingly compact miniaturized electronic assemblies to medical devices. The ergonomic Inspectis design offers built-in lens and camera controls.
The optical test and measurement system has fast optics and a large imaging sensor to image objects like solder joints on electronic circuit boards and metallic parts with minimum glare and reflections.

Camera and lens attributes including optical zoom, lens aperture size, focus, and color balance that users can adjust by integrated on-board controls, via Inspectis software, or through remote control consoles.
The F35 offers a 35:1 motorized zoom lens with fast auto-focus and iris-controlled depth of field, and is supplied with lenses, lights, and other accessories.
Inspectis digital microscopes provide relief to eyes, neck, and shoulders through ergonomic design, sharp images, a built-in laser pointer, and 230-millimeter free working distance.

The F35 comes in an all aluminum housing, and is available in two industrial grade form factors. It has an integrated stand, illumination, and configurable system.
The F35 comes with Inspectis software for live image view, capture, analysis, measurement, and reporting. It offers tools for camera and lens control, 16 memory presets, zoom tracking, focus stacking, drawings and annotation, image overlays and comparison, time lapse video recording, distortion control, and report generator.
