Solid-state RF power amplifier for EW, radar, and communications introduced by Comtech PST

Comtech PST Corp. in Melville, N.Y., is introducing the model BME69189-20 high power-density solid state 6-to-18 GHz radio frequency (RF) power amplifier module for electronic warfare, radar, communications, and other transmitter applications in which space, cooling, and power are limited.

Comtech PST Corp. in Melville, N.Y., is introducing the model BME69189-20 high power-density solid state 6-to-18 GHz radio frequency (RF) power amplifier module for electronic warfare (EW), radar, communications, and other transmitter applications in which space, cooling, and power are limited.

Comtech’s RF power amplifier uses integrated RF gallium nitride (GaN) power amplifier designs that increase RF power density.
