Pressure transducer for UAVs, ground vehicles, rockets, and ground-test introduced by GP:50
GRAND ISLAND, N.Y., 29 Sept. 2015. GP:50 NY LTD in Grand Island, N.Y., is introducing the model 7202 flight-qualified pressure transducer for aerospace and defense program and test applications like unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), ground vehicles, rockets, commercial and military aircraft testing, and ground-support systems.
The model 7202 measures static pressures from 0 to 15K PSIA (0 to 1034 BAR) with plus-or-minus 0.3 percent FSO accuracy. Improved accuracy to plus-or-minus 0.05 percent FSO is optional. A 0.1 to 5.1-volt DC output is standard, with other formats available on request.
Units incorporate stainless steel housings and 15-5 wetted parts. Inconel or Hastelloy material also may be optionally customer-specified for wide transducer media compatibility.
The model 7202 also comes with optional compensated temperature range from -65 to 250 degrees Fahrenheit, as well as an optional integral RTD temperature output.
This flight qualified pressure transducer is 1.5 inches long and weighs less than 5 ounces. Its overall design meets MIL-STD-810F and MIL-STD-461, as well as J-001/NASA 8739.3 soldering workmanship standards.
