Nallatech ships VXS and XMC sensor-processing boards to U.S. and European defense companies

ELDERSBURG, Md., 5 Aug. 2008. Nallatech in Eldersburg, Md., is shipping its VITA 41-based VXS-610 dual field programmable gate array (FPGA) and PowerPC multiprocessor, as well as its XMC-210 FPGA and dual-channel 3 GSPS analog-to-digital converting XMC mezzanine to several defense companies in the United States and Europe.

ELDERSBURG, Md., 5 Aug. 2008.Nallatech in Eldersburg, Md., is shipping its VXS-610 dual field programmable gate array (FPGA) and PowerPC multiprocessor, as well as its XMC-210 FPGA and dual-channel 3 GSPS A-D XMC mezzanine to several defense companies in the United States and Europe.

The VXS-610 VXS multiprocessor has two Xilinx Virtex-5 SX95T or LX155T FPGAs, on-board PowerPC, and two PMC/XMC sites. The XMC-210 PMC/XMC mezzanine has an on-board Xilinx Virtex-5 SX95T or LX155T FPGA, coupled to two 8 bit 3GSPS A-D converters.
