The rad-tolerant SCFE6933 employs the latest commercial heterogeneous processing engines to collect and process more sensor data at the edge, faster, for a clearer picture of the mission environment and real-time decision-making.The FPGA resources increase processing by 20x and the software programmability afforded by them allow for application-specific changes or augmentation while in orbit, crucial to system longevity and adaptability.
