These SiPs feature an integrated 700V GaN flyback regulator that supports up to 100W and is ultra-efficient (up to 95%), small, cool, and lightweight. The RRW221x SiPs include built-in single-point fault protection against AC line voltage brown-in and brown-out, output short-circuit, output overvoltage, and optocoupler failure.
