1U DC power supplies for automatic test equipment (ATE) applications introduced by B&K Precision Corp.
YORBA LINDA, Calif. – B&K Precision Corp. in Yorba Linda, Calif., is introducing the MPS series modular DC power supplies for applications in automatic test equipment (ATE).
The configurable ATE system DC power supplies are configurable systems providing as much as 1200 Watts in a compact 1U form factor, and provide as many as four output channels.
Different voltage ratings
These power supplies offer 100 Watts multi-range and 300 Watts fixed range modules available with different voltage and current ratings. They comply with USB, LAN (LXI), and GPIB interfaces, and offer command processing time of less than 10 milliseconds.
Other features include multi-ranging operation delivers rated power at several voltage and current combinations; advanced list mode programming; series and parallel operation; module synchronization and output coupling; adjustable voltage and current slew rates.
