FORT MYERS, Fla. – Crystek Corp. in Fort Myers, Fla., is introducing the CVCO55CC-2950-2950 voltage-controlled oscillator for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications (SATCOM), and base stations.

The RF and microwave device operates at 2950 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5 to 4.5 volts. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -115 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is typically 7.0 dBm.

Input voltage is eight volts, with a current consumption of 30 milliamps typical. Pulling and Pushing are minimized to 3.0 MHz peak to peak and 0.1 MHz per volt respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -15 dBc typical.
