IRVINE, Calif. – Meggitt Sensing Systems in Irvine, Calif., is introducing the Endevco 4830B handheld transducer simulator signal generator to help calibrate and troubleshoot test and measurement systems.

The portable battery operated system helps test and measurement equipment operators set up before running expensive vibration tests.

It is for any testing application where measurement chain verification is important, including general laboratory, vibration and aerospace engine ground testing. as well as testing and commissioning of condition monitoring systems.

The Endevco 4830B simulates the electrical output of accelerometers with adjustable parameters for frequency and amplitude. This configurable tool performs repetitive verifications and calibrations with minimal inputs while the user interface enables for quick and easy setup.
