The test instrument offers more than 2.5 hours of streaming RF storage at 800 MHz real-time bandwidth and 16 kHz to 26.5 GHz frequency range.

BEAVERTON, Ore. – Tektronix Inc. in Beaverton, Ore., is introducing the RSA7100B wideband RF signal analyzer and streaming recorder for engineers working on wideband designs in communications, radar, and electronic warfare (EW).

The test and measurement instrument offers more than 2.5 hours of streaming RF storage at 800 MHz real-time bandwidth and 16 kHz to 26.5 GHz frequency range.

The RSA7100B wideband RF signal analyzer and streaming data recorder can help reduce the cost of wideband signal capture, recording, and analysis in military range tests, field operations, and wideband radar and EW, Tektronix officials say.

The test equipment also can help reduce the cost of wideband signal capture, recording, and analysis while increasing the likelihood of capturing wideband signal transients.

The test and measurement instrument can trigger on and measure signals of 229 nanoseconds duration in the frequency domain in real time, while offering signal analysis with the Tektronix SignalVu-PC RF and vector analysis software.
