Davis Inotek finalizes acquisition of GE Instrumentation Services
BALTIMORE, 26 May 2006. Davis Inotek, a company involved in the calibration and distribution of test, measurement and control instrumentation, has completed the acquisition of GE Instrumentation Services.
The combined company is the largest instrument calibration provider in the United States, including 28 laboratories coast to coast.
Moving forward, Davis Inotek's investment in the acquisition of GE Instrumentation Services means current customers will benefit from GE's calibration technology.
