TOULOUSE, France -- Aerospace conglomerate Airbus will highlight products across its fixed-wing, helicopter, defense and space lines during the upcoming Farnborough International Airshow.

Amongst its static displays, Airbus will exhibit two A220-300s and a smaller A220-100 -- the latter of which the company says represents the newest member of its single-aisle offerings. An A321neo will also be on display July 18. Airbus will also show its double-decker Hi Fly A380.

In flight will be the wide-bodied A330-900neo and A350-1000. Airbus said the A330 features new wings and engines, while the A350-1000 offers the "latest in aerodynamics and advanced technologies" for improved efficiencies in long-haul routes.

Meanwhile, Airbus Helicopters will showcase a single-engine H125 that has been equipped with special sensors and a telemetry kit allowing pilot and aircraft performance to be streamed in real-time to the ground for training applications. The helicopter will be presented to QinetiQ during the event for future use at the U.K.-based Empire Test Pilots' School.

Airbus Helicopters will also display a full-scale mock-up of its VSR700 rotary-wing unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), which are designed to provide beyond-the-horizon surveillance capabilities for naval ships.

Airbus Defence and Space will also have a major presence, showcasing a portfolio of military aircraft, space systems, communications equipment and UAVs. To be exhibited are the A400M military transporter; the solar-electric stratospheric UAV, Zephyr; and the ExoMars rover prototype.
