New 3475 MHz voltage controlled oscillator released by Crystek

FORT MYERS, Fla., 18 June 2011. The new CVCO55CC-3475-3475 voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) from Crystek Corp. operates at 3475 MHz and with a control voltage range of 0.5 to 4.5 volts. It is targeted at digital radio equipment, satellite communications systems, fixed wireless access,  and base stations.

It is targeted at digital radio equipment, satellite communications systems, fixed wireless access, and base stations.The device is housed in the a 0.5 inch 0.5 inch SMD package. The input voltage is 8 volts, with a maximum current consumption of 35 mA. Pulling and pushing are down to 0.2 MHz and 0.2 MHz/V, respectively. The second harmonic suppression is -15 dBc typical.
