New 3475 MHz voltage controlled oscillator released by Crystek

FORT MYERS, Fla., 18 June 2011. The new CVCO55CC-3475-3475 voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) from Crystek Corp. operates at 3475 MHz and with a control voltage range of 0.5 to 4.5 volts. It is targeted at digital radio equipment, satellite communications systems, fixed wireless access,  and base stations.

The new CVCO55CC-3475-3475 voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) from Crystek Corp. operates at 3475 MHz and with a control voltage range of 0.5 to 4.5 volts. It is targeted at digital radio equipment, satellite communications systems, fixed wireless access, and base stations.The device is housed in the a 0.5 inch 0.5 inch SMD package. The input voltage is 8 volts, with a maximum current consumption of 35 mA. Pulling and pushing are down to 0.2 MHz and 0.2 MHz/V, respectively. The second harmonic suppression is -15 dBc typical.
