TAIPEI, Taiwan – AAEON Technology in Taipei, Taiwan, is introducing the UP Xtreme i12 Edge rugged computer for industrial, health care, and transportation applications.
The UP Xtreme i12 Edge uses the power-efficient multicore architecture of 12th Generation Intel Core i7/i5/i3/Celeron Processors, onboard LPDDR5, and AI module.
Providing expansion options, the UP Xtreme i12 Edge industrial computer has four M.2 Keys for Wi-Fi 6, 5G, AI and PCIe 4.0 storage module support. It supports Intel Iris Xe graphics, Intel DL Boost, and the Intel Distribution of OpenVINO Toolkit.
The fanless computer measures 152 by 123.8 by 72.5 millimeters, has one USB 4.0, three USB 3.2, three USB 2.0 ports, and an Intel i226-IT LAN port running at 2.5 gigabits per second with Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN).
