Target applications include edge computing, industrial automation, medical, and network infrastructure designs that need optimized computing cores.

SAN DIEGO – Congatec Inc. in San Diego is introducing four high-end COM-HPC computers-on-module based on the 14th Generation Intel Raptor Lake-S Refresh Core processors for artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning in edge computing applications.

The COM-HPC size-C form factor measures 120 by 160 millimeters for applications that require multi-core and multi-thread performance, large caches, large memory capacities, high bandwidth, and advanced I/O technology.

The target markets for the Congatec COM HPC size-C computers-on-module include industrial automation and medical technology as well as edge computing and network infrastructure applications, which can benefit from optimized computing cores.

The COM-HPC Intel Raptor Lake-S Refresh Core-based computers-on-module support as many as eight performance cores and 16 efficiency cores. Engineers can deploy the COM-HPC computers-on-module on Congatec's conga-HPC/uATX Micro-ATX application carrier board for COM-HPC Client type modules.
