E-Webbings narrow-woven fabrics have fibers and conductive elements to embed electronics and digital parts for sensor detection and data gathering.

BALLY, Pa. – Bally Ribbon Mills (BRM) in Bally, Pa., is introducing the E-Webbings e-textile product base for a wide range of smart textile applications for wearable electronics and Internet of Things (IoT) applications.

These smart fabrics serve as the foundation layer on which systems designers can integrate electronic communications technologies.

E-Webbings narrow-woven fabrics integrate fibers and conductive elements to embed electronics and digital parts for sensor detection and data gathering.

Designers select each component and factor that goes into an E-Webbings textile, so the conductor, base webbing, power source, and sensor function together.

BRM engineers can integrate woven wires and other conductive fibers right into the E-Webbings fabric to transmit power and information without additional wiring in the final component.
