Endeavor Business Media acquires Informa's Industry & Infrastructure Intelligence and Auto Aftermarket

This latest acquisition continues to expand Endeavor Business Media's position as one of the largest business-to-business (B2B) companies.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Business-to-business publisher Endeavor Business Media in Nashville, Tenn., is acquiring the Industry & Infrastructure Intelligence and Auto Aftermarket media brands from Informa plc in London, expanding Endeavor's position as one of the fastest growing business-to-business (B2B) media companies.

These Informa brands will join Endeavor's brands and events to create new multi-channel platforms for its audience and advertisers.

With this acquisition Endeavor Business Media now has 600 employees that produce more than 80 brands, 59 live events, and more than 50 marketing solutions that drive awareness and conversion.

Endeavor Business Media LLC formed in late 2017 to acquire and operate trade publications, websites, and events. The company targets B2B audiences in the accounting, aviation, dental, facilities maintenance, fire & public safety, industrial, technology, medical, oil & gas, public services, security, construction, vehicle repair, vending, and water & wastewater market.
