Available in sizes from 1-to-6-inch O.D., Meller sapphire domes can withstand 1,000 degrees Celsius and pressure to 10,000 pounds per square inch.
Applications include environmental monitoring and avionics that must withstand temperature extremes, high aerodynamic loads, and rapid pressure changes.
The low-stress Sirrus coating enables ultra-flat dichroics on substrates thinner than 1 millimeter for microscopy, medical, and space applications.
