Murata’s GRM series 1206 and 1210 MLCC power electronics devices deliver high capacitance with low ESR in small case sizes and can help electronic designers reduce overall space requirements, aiding PCB miniaturization.
The Murata GRM product series is offered with nickel (Ni) barrier termination, plated with matt tin (Sn), and is RoHS compliant.
Specifications for the Murata GRM series include capacitance of 220 microfarads plus-or-minus 20 percent, rated voltage of 2.5 volts DC and a capacitance change rate of plus-or-minus 22 percent.

The temperature range of GRM series MLCCs is -55 to 105 degrees Celsius. Available in case sizes L, W, and T, Murata GRM series MLCCs suit many applications, including decoupling on low voltage rails for programmable logic, and processors, servers, network and data communications infrastructure.
